Directions
- Chop peppers, zucchini and onion; dice tomatoes.
- In medium pan, cook ground turkey until brown.
- Place remaining ingredients and turkey into crock-pot.
- Cook on high for two hours, then reduce heat to low. Cook for 4-5 hours.
- Top with diced avocado.
