Demont Rainge
Chief Operating Officer
Demont has over 20 years of experience in operational control and Global Supply Chain.
He brings a wealth of both knowledge and experience in strategic planning, manufacturing, as well as all other aspects of Supply Chain, with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiencies globally.
As Chief Operating Officer, he will be a vital asset to improving and maintaining a culture of excellence and cost effectiveness within Jeunesse Global.
Bill Harris
His 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology field helps keep Jeunesse on the cutting edge.
Bill is an entrepreneur who has been developing software since 1985. He has served as the CEO of a successful internet service and software development company in Orlando. He has developed many mobile applications and complicated, PCI-compliant software solutions for a wide range of industries, including large ministries, construction firms, health care, and the direct sales industry.
Bill began working for the Jeunesse Founders in 2006 and assembled the amazing team of technology professionals who keep Jeunesse at the forefront of technology with award-winning software, mobile applications and a global platform that is always online. Prior to settling in Orlando, Bill attended Campbell University and served 10 years as an officer in the U.S. Army. Bill has been married to his beautiful wife, Julie, for more than 40 years. They have two children and four grandchildren.
Nathan Newman, M.D.

Emerging from a family of internationally prominent physicians, Dr. Nathan Newman, M.D., is carrying on an important legacy. He is a world-renowned cosmetic surgeon with a fully accredited and respected cosmetic surgery practice in Beverly Hills, California.
His passion, expertise, and education are what qualify him to be a medical spokesman and adviser for Jeunesse.
Dr. Newman is dedicated to providing the best available care as well as educating his patients on the latest developments in the cosmetic surgery field. Using this same approach, he assists our independent Distributors to be successful in building their businesses. He does this by giving the highest quality education and most up-to-date information to our independent Distributors. These critical, valuable services have helped bring global recognition to Jeunesse for being the fastest growing, life-changing opportunity in today’s market.
Dr. Newman strives to continually develop superior methods of natural, undetectable cosmetic results with the least risk and most benefit for each individual. He is an original thinker and innovator, and is ushering in the future of cosmetic surgery. Using the normal, regenerative abilities of the body’s own stem-cell-rich fat, Dr. Newman has found a way to safely and naturally amplify, lift, and redefine the contours of the entire face and body.
Dr. Newman was educated and trained at several prestigious medical institutions in the United States. After graduating from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, he completed his internship in internal medicine at UCLA-VA Medical Center in Los Angeles. He continued his training with a residency in dermatology at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and completed a fellowship through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in Riverside, California. He is board certified in dermatology and specializes in cosmetic surgery.
As part of his philosophy to educate his patients, Dr. Newman writes monthly articles in LA Health News magazine. He is published in many prestigious medical journals and has been a speaker at numerous medical conferences. He has regularly presented on television and radio on the latest advances in cosmetic surgery. He has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who for his leadership, dedication, and entrepreneurship as a cosmetic surgeon.
Vincent Giampapa, M.D.
A Nobel Prize nominee, one of the first board-certified anti-aging physicians in the world and an internationally recognized innovator.
Vincent C. Giampapa, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a Board Certified Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
He is also the Director of the Plastic Surgery Center Internationalé and The Giampapa Institute for Anti-Aging Medical Therapy in Montclair, New Jersey. While he currently serves as a medical spokesman and adviser for Jeunesse, he has worked as a consultant for NASA in prior years.
Dr. Giampapa received his medical degree from Mt. Sinai Medical School in New York, New York. Additionally, he has completed medical training in plastic surgery and a year-long fellowship in microsurgery and hand surgery at New York University Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a former research fellow for other prestigious institutions including Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, New York.
Dr. Giampapa is a pioneer in his field. He is one of the first board certified anti-aging physicians in the world and internationally recognized as an innovator in new cosmetic and surgical techniques, and instrumentation. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and served as the first president of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Giampapa has been awarded many patents from the U.S. government for unique cell-culture delivery techniques as well as new drug-delivery systems and surgical instrument designs.
Dr. Giampapa is published in numerous academic journals, including Annals of Plastic Surgery, Journal of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery, Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery, and Journal of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is the author of the first and only medical textbook on anti-aging medicine and age management for aesthetic surgeons. He has written five books, including: “Breaking the Aging Code” and “The Anti-Aging Solution: 5 Simple Steps to Looking and Feeling Young.” Dr. Giampapa has been featured in myriad national magazines, and radio and television programs, including CNN, WABC-TV, Fox News Channel, Geraldo, Joan Rivers, Phil Donahue, and Anderson Cooper.
