VALUED CUSTOMER:
A Customer who has a Jeunesse Customer account but is not registered for SmartDelivery.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER:
A Customer who enrolls in SmartDelivery becomes Jeunesse Preferred and receives the best pricing and earns increased loyalty points.

GOLD PREFERRED CUSTOMER:
After the initial order, plus two consecutive SmartDelivery orders, a Customer achieves Gold Preferred and receives increased loyalty points.

PLATINUM PREFERRED CUSTOMER:
After the first order and four consecutive SmartDelivery orders, plus a minimum of 50 loyalty points, a Customer achieves Platinum Preferred and is qualified to receive double loyalty points. In the second consecutive month at Platinum Preferred, the Customer earns 90 additional loyalty points.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Jeunesse Customer Loyalty program rewards Customers with loyalty points they can redeem for free products. Additionally, depending on their Jeunesse Preferred level, they will receive
free samples/gifts and extra loyalty points. Loyalty points are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
To thank and reward Customers for their loyalty and consistent purchasing by awarding those purchases with points they can use toward free product.
Jeunesse Preferred Customers become Gold Preferred after two consecutive months with a SmartDelivery order. After four consecutive months of SmartDelivery, Customers can enjoy the highest level of rewards: Platinum Preferred. See details below.
A Valued Customer is a Customer who has a Jeunesse Customer account but is not currently on SmartDelivery.
A Customer who enrolls in SmartDelivery becomes Jeunesse Preferred. With Jeunesse Preferred, the Customer receives the best pricing and earns increased loyalty points. They will be
able to track their account in JofficeTM. In Month 1, a Jeunesse Preferred Customer places an initial order. In Month 2, they receive SmartDelivery. The Customer receives loyalty points on all purchases starting with the initial (sign-up) order and the first SmartDelivery order.
After the initial order, plus two consecutive SmartDelivery orders, a Customer will achieve Gold Preferred and receive increased loyalty points. Additionally, Gold Preferred offers access to an exclusive Customer Support line.
After the initial order and four consecutive SmartDelivery orders, plus a minimum of 50 loyalty points, a Customer can achieve Platinum Preferred. This qualifies them to receive double loyalty points. In their second consecutive month at the Platinum Preferred level, the Customer will be rewarded 90 additional loyalty points. Note: Customers with Gold Preferred or Platinum Preferred status who miss or cancel a SmartDelivery month will revert to Jeunesse Valued Customer status.
A Customer can start redeeming loyalty points 30 days after placing the initial order. However, they must have enough points to cover the required amount for the free product.
The Customer logs in to their Account/Customer App and selects the Redeem Now button on the Rewards page. This directs them to the Redeem Shop.
  • Loyalty points must cover the point value for the product. No partial payments.
  • Loyalty points cannot be applied to shipping, handling or taxes.
Yes, loyalty points expire after one year, even if the Jeunesse Preferred Customer has an active SmartDelivery.

Example: Mary earns 10 loyalty points on October 15, 2018. She will be able to redeem those 10 points until October 14, 2019.
Yes. However, loyalty points expire after six (6) months of no activity. The account will then show a balance of zero (0) loyalty points. No activity means the Customer has not placed any orders or SmartDelivery orders in six months.
If a Gold Preferred or Platinum Preferred Customer cancels their SmartDelivery, they will revert to a Valued Customer. This means they would keep their loyalty points; however, they earn loyalty points at the valued level. Once SmartDelivery is reactivated, they can once again earn increased loyalty points and can regain Gold Preferred or Platinum Preferred status with SmartDelivery orders in consecutive months.
If the Jeunesse Preferred Customer places any one-time order of $350 USD or higher, they will achieve Gold Preferred status, thus earning more loyalty points per order than a Jeunesse Preferred Customer.

If the Jeunesse Preferred Customer places a one-time order of $700 USD or higher, they will achieve Platinum Preferred status, earning double loyalty points per order. They can maintain Platinum Preferred status if they continue with SmartDelivery every month.
In most countries, samples will be included with the first and third SmartDelivery orders. Once the Jeunesse Preferred Customer achieves Platinum Preferred, they will receive a one-time bonus
of 90 loyalty points in Month 5 (i.e., after the SmartDelivery order in the fifth consecutive month). Please note, this may vary from region to region.
To become a Jeunesse Distributor, a Jeunesse Preferred Customer must create a new account on their Sponsor’s website. Their Jeunesse Preferred Customer account will remain open, and loyalty points will expire after six (6) months of no activity.
If a Customer returns a product for a refund, they will lose any loyalty points they earned from the purchase of that product.
Customers will receive 10 loyalty points for each referred friend who makes a purchase. Customers can refer friends by clicking the appropriate button on their dashboard or in the Jeunesse Customer app.
Customers who have reached Platinum Preferred can continue to earn double loyalty points at the Platinum Preferred level by maintaining consecutive SmartDelivery orders. Additionally, Platinum Preferred Customers have access to an exclusive Customer Support line.
