Lucky Shamrock Shake
(2 servings)
- 1 Tbsp. Stevia
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. mint extract
- 3–5 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop ZEN Vanilla Bliss
Cleansing Green Shake
(2 servings)
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup ice-cold water
- 1 scoop ZEN Vanilla Bliss
Tropical Green Shake
(2 servings)
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop ZEN Vanilla Bliss
Directions: Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
